I use Laura Mercier's St. Germain (a dark shimmery green) a lot, because it helps my liner stay on longer. My current liner is Pur Minerals in Black Amethyst, it's pretty much unsmudgable.
These models are wearing ultra-bright shades on their peepers here, they look good because of the lighting, in person, the look might be overkill.

I love the bright eyeshadows, just haven't been able to put it on myself right. it's really tricky to keep it clean adn bright at the same time.
I wish I was brave enough to try some of these bright colors. It's not that I don't think they look good--I'm just so self-conscious that I think it spoils it.
Maybe they'll be more wearable if they were contained in the eyelid area and not all-over. I've had better results from cream eye shadows than powder for this look.
