The volunteer hosts/guides of World Expo 2010 in Shanghai all wore a green and white uniform very similar to bok choy (Chinese cabbage), hence their nickname in Chinese, Hsiao Bai Tsai (little cabbage). They had to stand 10+ hours a day, answer countless questions, direct pedestrian traffic in the oppressive humidity of a typical Shanghai summer, all while smiling too!
