Wrapped and Ready

Korean brands like to add feminine details to their clothes, bows, pleats, shirring, sometimes all of the above in one piece. I'm not sure if most women won't look too dolled up and juvenile in these looks. My favorite is actually the red blouse from eBay, the auction has just ended, but there are lots of similar ones for sale at the seller's store.

I wonder if I can't get the look by getting a ribbon on my own, and using it as a belt on pants I already have in my closet.
