It is finally heating up! The leggings make the short & sexy looks easier to wear.

I've seen some women with short shorts or skirts, and they definitely attract attention, but you've got to have the confidence to back it up! Maybe it creates some sort of synergy, as in, the more you wear looks like these, the more confident you become, and then you wear even more daring looks.
